Would you like to donate an item for our raffle? Your contribution will help raise money towards our student scholarship fund. If YES please write a description of the item below and on the day of the festival you can drop your item & business card off at the raffle table. A Portside Staff Member can help you out on the day of the festival with your donation.
Will you need a Handicap parking spot? You must bring your Handicap sign with you on the day of the festival.
Payment Options - all payments are due imediantly - spaces are first come first serve
PayPal - You can make a Personal Payment to Friends or Family through Pay Pal. To send a personal payment, log in to your PayPal account and click Send Money at the top of the page. Please send the payment to firstname.lastname@example.org and click the Friends or Family payment option. If you don't click the friends or family option you will have to pay the additional fees. Please put your vendor name on the payment form.

Portside Community Arts Fest Terms & Services:
All vendor forms should be submitted and paid by April 15th 2016. Portside will contact you via email on April 18th with your vendor set up time and vendor location. Please look out for this email, it is very important that you come at the time that you are given. Once you arrive at the festival Portside Staff members will help you located your spot. You will not be allowed to dive to your vendor spot, there are no vehicles allowed in the Penn Treaty Park.
Please bring a cart on wheels to help move your stuff. Portside will provide some carts but you will be able to set up faster if you have your own. The festival will start promptly at 12:00pm and end at 5:00pm.
**All vendor fees go towards Portside's student scholarship fund for families of limited resources so they can attend our visual arts, preforming arts and music programs.** All vendors are responsible for providing: -‐ Your own table, chairs, signage, etc. -‐ Set-‐up, tear-‐down, clean-‐up and trash removal -‐ Food vendors are responsible for maintaining business permits, Health Department Certifications and any equipment that may apply to food vending Please make checks payable to: Portside Arts Center 2531 East Lehigh Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19125 For More Information, please call (215) 427-‐1514 or email
The Festival is a rain or shine event. If weather, major disaster, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Portside Community Arts Festival’s cause the cancellation of the festival, participation fees will not be returned. The Portside Community Arts Festival cannot be held liable by exhibitors for the failure of the event to take place. The Portside Community Arts Festival is Portside Arts Center’s biggest scholarship fundraising event of the year. Portside’s board members and staff spend a lot of time and resources organizing the event. If the festival is canceled due to circumstances out of our control Portside’s students scholarship fund will suffer greatly. Your vendor donation fee is automatically applied to the Portside Arts Center’s scholarship fund for children and teens of limited resources. We are very grateful for your support.
